Strategy and Operation Associate, gTech Ads (Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to communicate with local and regional partners and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Experience in a management consulting firm or in a strategy function for software, internet, media industries or startups.
  • Experience in operations, customer solutions and internet/online media.
  • Experience in leading operational and cross-functional initiatives with driving strategy in a changing environment.

The Go-To-Market organization provides business insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps leadership identify and drive programs and new initiatives forward. The team stays focused on aligning the company priorities with day-to-day operations and helping evolve ideas into future-growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch and drive initiatives for gTech Ads Large Customer Sales (LCS) Asia-Pacific (APAC) teams, while serving as a thought partner to the gTech Ads leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather information, context, and drive business analysis with project communication and management.
  • Power the future of gTech Ads anchored on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation across solutions and customer service.
  • Enable business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with gTech Ads LCS APAC leadership for driving initiatives, with including global priorities.
