Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in managing and building teams.
- 6 years of experience in telecommunications working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers, and data services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data center operations and network build-outs.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, Linux server environments, network design and deployment, and managing infrastructure.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and program management skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify and manage project interdependencies, mitigate conflicts, and ensure alignment.
- Establish priorities, balance deadlines, resources, and risks using data-motivated approaches.
- Communicate and coordinate execution across dispersed teams.
- Provide guidance on network architecture (e.g., Edge, WAN, DCNet) and promote team growth.
- Drive automation, efficiency, and cost reduction in network delivery processes.
