Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to work with customers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of media buying tools and measurement solutions, with the ability to coach others on how to implement and optimize them.
- Solid understanding and appetite for “privacy-driven” transformation in digital marketing, implications for measurement, marketing technology and the broader digital ecosystem.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy and deliver results in changing technology and market environments.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales targets and OKRs.
- A demonstrated track record in customer focus and relationship building.

The Media Effectiveness Lead defines and owns the media effectiveness agenda and priorities by industry, collaborates closely with Sales teams, develops strategies for prioritized clients, drives the adoption of modern measurement solutions, shares feedback on Google's solutions, scales solutions through third-party partners and agencies, and represents Google at events on Media Effectiveness. This role requires analytical problem-solving, relationship building, and a consultative approach in an evolving and less structured environment.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the media effectiveness agenda and priorities by industry.
- Drive timely delivery of media effectiveness roadmaps and the adoption of modern measurement solutions (MMMs and incrementality tests) across prioritized clients, working with industry managers and other specialist teams.
- Scale media effectiveness solutions (MMM, tests and experiments) adoption via third-party partners and agencies programs, and work with the Agency and Partners teams to make it happen (ex: MMM Certification Program).
- Share vertical specific needs and feedback on Google’s media effectiveness solutions to the product advocates and product communities.
