Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- 5 years of experience using and communicating Android.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
- Experience in social media content strategy and with social platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in social media content strategy and video production for various platforms.
- Experience in active management of social media channels or user forums.
- Experience with the social and media ecosystem for Android and consumer technology.
- Ability to grow in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain topics to audience.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with executive leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
As a part of the Android Product Engagement team, you will foster better product narratives by engaging with the Android community across multiple channels, collecting user insights and feedback, reviewing products internally, and creating social videos. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help users learn about Android features, evaluate future products, guide product narratives, and provide insight to partners on product positioning while identifying areas for improvement, and informing future strategies.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $144,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Engage with the Android community across multiple social networks by answering questions, promoting products, explaining features, and building community.
- Maintain knowledge of the Android Ecosystem, product features, and future roadmap.
- Test and review products internally, providing feedback to teams and key partners.
- Track and route feature requests from the community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, and marketing to drive key narratives for Android.
