About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will elicit and analyze business requirements to build high-impact AI agents. By conducting A/B testing and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) experiments, you will validate technical feasibility and ensure solutions address core supply chain bottlenecks. Collaboration is central. You will partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to architect data pipelines, ensuring information is structured for ML models. You will provide comprehensive technical documentation and run production regression tests to guarantee a seamless handoff to engineering teams. You act as the bridge between supply chain operations, finance, and architecture. By gathering feedback and aligning prototypes with strategic objectives, you ensure high user adoption and measurable business impact. Beyond technical delivery, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers. You are responsible for resource allocation, hiring, and fostering the career development of your team members to maintain a culture of excellence.
