Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in media planning, media sales or x-channel marketing plans.
  • Experience in customer facing roles such as sales, account management, marketing or consulting.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding experience for Google's advertisers within Brazil. This role requires you to build and manage a pipeline by proactively identifying high-potential businesses and partnering closely with our marketing teams.

You will establish and nurture relationships with C-level clients through phone calls and email, consulting with them to achieve their online marketing and business goals by utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions, such as YouTube, Google Search, and Display Network platforms. Furthermore, you will collaborate with account managers, partnering how to best divide client demands based on skills and roles, to support customers effectively and contribute to their overall satisfaction and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Brazil.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer business experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Collaborate with account managers to support clients by partnering how to divide their demands, contributing to their overall satisfaction. Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions.
