Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in product management with a primary focus on building, launching, and managing CRM or Marketing platforms.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and enhance platform as well as individual work outputs.
  • Experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to translate user needs into detailed product specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of software development principles.

Build a world-class sales platform for the entire sell-side organization. The charter of the team is to build the sales platform that will drive Google’s sell-side revenue and ensure flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities.

Within Global Partnerships, the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google’s broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager across mobile, display, and video formats helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the internet.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic vision and product roadmap for key features of the sell-side sales platform, administration and workflow solution, including the framework we'll use to prioritize features and measure success.
  • Be the overall business owner for the features within your scope, engaging BD Managers, prioritizing opportunities, driving business requirements, and implementing solutions in partnership with the engineering team.
  • Own the launch plan for solutions, working with Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal, Compliance, external vendors, and our Business Operations team.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and analysts across regions to facilitate discussion, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner on the implementation of solutions.
