Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a trusted C-level advisor while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Google and Video industry ads products and services in relation to the marketplace.
  • Ability to grow in cross-functional, collaborative sales environments.
  • Ability to successfully negotiate and close upfronts and digital partnerships a a video buyer or seller.
  • Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills including systems thinking and aligning strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As a part of the Agency, Platforms and Client Solutions (APCS ) Video team, we drive demand, negotiate agreements and innovate in digital video advertising. We leverage YouTube and DV360 to deliver value for advertisers and agencies, shaping growth in the evolving TV, mobile and online landscape.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead upfront pitches for assigned holding company accounts, including preparation, delivery and securing agreements with top agency teams.
  • Structure, negotiate and manage video incentive agreements across various advertisers, ensuring compliance with global policies and tracking value-add approvals.
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals through strategic scatter agreements and close collaboration with internal and external account teams.
  • Build relationships with agency investment teams to drive share-shift in both upfront and scatter markets.
  • Streamline team efforts into a uniform approach through cross-team best practices and standardized agreement materials.
