Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
- 3 years of experience in translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
- Experience in managing research and measurement agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of measurement marketing process.
- Ability to narrate stories through data.
- Ability to analyze datasets and translate them to insights.
- Ability to prioritize requests and work in an environment with engaging demands from multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross functionally with marketing and business stakeholders with excellent communication, thinking, and problem solving skills.

Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.In this role, you will ensure the quality, organization, and accessibility of marketing data to drive business decisions. You will advocate data literacy, fostering an approach to leverage analytics across all ad marketing initiatives. You will contribute to the success of marketing activations in the Latin America (LATAM) region and meet the standards expected by Google’s users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth quantitative business analysis of marketing activity performance metrics, extracting insights to fuel growth.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, communicate findings to related stakeholders and drive corrective actions.
- Synthesize and present data analysis into clear, concise reports and presentations for executive audiences (e.g., Business, Marketing, Project Management).
- Convert data into marketing and business insights and actions.
- Cultivate a data-motivated decision-making culture by providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
