Regional Product Lead, Privacy Centric Measurement

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience in digital advertising business, product marketing, or media planning/strategy.
  • Experience in online media.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in influencing executive-level managers and sellers both in and outside Google via 1-1 and 1-many format.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to speak and write in either German or French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation development skills.

About the job

The Privacy Centric Measurement team is within the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Product and Sales Activation (PSA), responsible for creating and scaling solutions for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Small and Medium Businesses (SMB).

In this role, you will drive the commercialization strategy for Google’s Ads business and help shape the product roadmap to meet the specific requirements of the diverse group of advertisers. You will focus on growing customers by launching new products to market, empowering our Business teams with impactful resources, and channeling customer feedback to the Product Development team.

You will be a key partner to Business teams and leadership, helping them to promote our products more effectively, and an advocate for the customer helping to bring their feedback to Product teams to ensure it meets the needs of customers both large and small.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with sellers and customers to identify opportunities associated with potential business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for their business and marketing challenges.
  • Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
  • Work with Business and Analytics teams to interpret and contextualize incrementally study results showing Google’s impact to customers.
  • Partner with various teams effectively position Google results against the client's marketing objective as well as competitively to drive conversations about growth.
  • Collaborate with Business and Global Product and Sales Activation (PSA) to identify key challenges to unlock growth and develop scalable solutions across industry challenges and roll out such solutions in the region.
