Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in product strategy, marketing strategy, ad agencies, research agencies, product marketing, product management, management consulting, or similar roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience structuring storylines for presentations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing compelling narratives.
  • Experience leading project workstreams and ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, ambiguous team environment.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple stakeholders, and excellent leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads Measurement products (e.g., enhanced conversions, Google Analytics, MMM attribution, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Product Sales Activation’s (PSA) mission is to shape, simplify, and scale product solutions to help businesses of all sizes grow with Google. We are the product and business experts behind the thousands of GCS Googlers responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption.

The Seller Success team was formed to drive a transformational evolution in Sales culture and abilities across GCS. We partner with Sales teams, regional PSA (rPSA), Global Product Leads (GPLs), Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO), and Marketing to execute on our mission to empower GCS sellers, fuel GCS customers, and drive GCS growth. We’re responsible for activating GCS’ GTM strategy by equipping sellers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to engage with customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in seller knowledge, explore root cause, and analyze highest impact enablement opportunities.
  • Design a scalable, global enablement curriculum (e.g., trainings, on-demand content, pitch materials, tools, leave-behinds) that will equip sellers to understand Google measurement solutions, position against competitors, and align product value to customer goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership, Global and Regional Product leads, gTech, and Marketing, to agree on consistent messaging, prioritize needs, and respond to regional variations.
  • Execute against the Measurement Fundamentals and Media Effectiveness go-to-market to meet commercialization goals (e.g., product adoption, seller proficiency).
  • Lead strategic projects with senior leader input to identify emerging growth opportunities and pilot initiatives with rPSA and Sales.
