Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience leading the production of creative projects.
- 1 year of experience using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- A portfolio of creative work demonstrating motion graphics and animation, visual design, digital design, and digital product design.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on big, integrated campaigns or collaborating across different projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions effectively.
- Passionate for diving into emerging technologies and seeing how they can positively impact the world and transform the creative landscape.

We are seeking a multidisciplinary motion designer who is an AI enthusiast with a creative spark and a desire to shape the future of creative endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Spot design puzzles and challenges – both big and small – and figure out smart, creative ways to make things better. Address problems by leveraging creative solutions, new tools, design, motion, and light coding to deliver original content, UX, or digital experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including marketing managers, writers, filmmakers, programmers, and producers to deliver integrated creative solutions in a resourceful environment.
- Identify and explore complex user challenges and propose creative solutions.
- Understand the impact of your creative on product value, user needs, business goals.
- Communicate effectively on project status, ideas, questions, and progress to the project team and stakeholders.
