Advertising Solutions Architect, gTech Ads, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in system design or in one programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in project/program management with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience with the advertising industry and technologies.
  • Experience in an Industry Vertical with knowledge of trends and business tests related to digital.
  • Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, Python) and SQL databases.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with business teams, solution engineers, etc.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

gTech Ads team provides foundational tech services and forward-looking business solutions to advertisers. Through technical consultation and implementation of media solutions, gTech Ads helps customers attain their business objectives while building long-term capabilities.

In this role, you will work with our business teams and customers to understand their priorities and business objectives to architect technical solutions of the Google advertising ecosystem. You will drive executive-level customer interactions and discover problems. You will apply the knowledge of Google advertising products to solve customer marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with external clients and internal business stakeholders to identify customer business objectives and marketing objectives through consultative approach.
  • Guide client meetings to explore opportunities for Joint Technical Plans, Digital Growth Packages and Standalone Solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop expertise of the Google Advertising Products and Customer Infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Guide multi quarter technical projects by collaborating with cross functional internal and external teams (e.g., technical and non technical team members).
  • Discover media activation opportunities arising from implementation of technical solutions.
