Search Solutions Expert, gTech Ads Solutions (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns, and providing client solutions.
  • 4 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
  • Experience in interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into narratives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with search advertising market or online ad sales.
  • Knowledge of search ads products.
  • Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and learn when it is appropriate to apply them.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, with excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for top clients, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities to grow Google's customers. Additionally, you will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes through workflow optimization and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted thought partner for priority clients, architecting media plans and technical solutions that align Google Ads capabilities with specific business challenges.
  • Partner with advertisers and sales teams throughout the sales life-cycle to drive product adoption, unlock business outcomes, and increase business.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Search, delivering consultative solutions that increase a customer's digital maturity and sophisticated use of the platform.
  • Lead the rollout of new features and migrations by providing technical documentation and infrastructure guidance to ensure long-term client success.
  • Analyze Google’s value proposition against performers and design internal workflows or tools to improve team productivity and efficiency.
