Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce tools or data.
- Excellent technical leadership skills.

The YouTube Commerce team accelerates YouTube's paid ecosystem growth by supporting scalable, compliant, and performant commercial journeys for all users. The team develops the YouTube Commerce Platform, empowering teams to build and launch paid products that create new business growth opportunities for YouTube, Creators, and partners.

Responsibilities
- Establish a new team in India.
- Ramp up the growing team technically.
- Serve as the key technical point of contact to the global team and partner to establish goals.
