Program Manager, Turnup Readiness

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP, with experience in data analytics and process mapping tools.
  • Ability to create, manage, and lead key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated schedule for new sites, metros with dependencies across multiple partner teams.
  • Leverage value stream mapping to expose gaps in cycle time, planning, delivery, and execution.
  • Analyze business requirements and drive alignment with finance, tax, logistics, trade compliance, and system solutions teams.
  • Manage analysis of turnup readiness risk to ensure the team has mitigation in-place with partner teams.
  • Support program planning requests for the deployment of new products, maintenance activities, decommissions, returns, and other critical business requirements for sites.
