Recruiter, Cloud Go-To-Market

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
  • Experience owning and managing business and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to have a high sense of operational rigour, data oriented, problem-solving and result driven mindset.
  • Ability to proactively flag challenges and trends to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g. Hiring Manager, Staffing Leads, People Partners, Compensation etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit top talent in APAC by leveraging recruiting processes, tools and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
  • Advocate and create an excellent experience, support assessment, evaluate skills and customer needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
  • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles, and opportunity to work with executive stakeholders.
  • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for various objectives.
