Marketing Manager, Central and Eastern Europe (Fixed-Term Contract)(English, Polish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently for interactions with local and international stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience of creating and executing marketing strategy and campaigns in Business-to-Consumer or Business-to-Business and client facing environment, as well as managing events.
  • Experience of driving multi-year initiatives with continuous performance and user experience improvement.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to value feedback and takes steps to invest in self-development and the development of those around them.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, with ability to bring ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.

About the job

Whether you are on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help support the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you will be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

This is a fixed-term contract role which will run until estimated March 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies for the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) market, providing guidance for launching and growing Google product features and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and the market landscape in CEE, translating data into insights for informed marketing decisions and providing market context for planning.
  • Communicate strategies and campaign results to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative, medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product education, engagement, and adoption.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure optimal return of investment.
