Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
  • Experience with data analysis or structured query language (SQL).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with executing operational initiatives, with excellent problem-solving and program management skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategy, changing markets, and the elements of organizational design.
  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and support problem-solving through data informed recommendations.
  • Ability to apply standard methodologies to execute project tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively. The team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products, from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business growth health. The team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBOers business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas.

In this role, you will be a motivated and collaborative Analyst to join the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Product Go-to-market team. You will support initiatives focused on advancing APAC business growth and product adoption through data, insights, and analysis. You will contribute to initiatives that influence the decisions that ensure business excellence and enhance the optimization of the organization. You will gain experience in business strategy and organizational excellence. You will collaborate within a team of experienced professionals dedicated to driving results and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the projects focused on adoption of ads products across APAC customers, and build trends and analysis to promote business growth.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide solutions to tests faced within projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations that communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations and present to executive audiences.
  • Partner with team members and stakeholders, and build relationships to achieve common goals.
