In this role, you will lead and execute activities by documenting our processes and ensuring we are optimizing our resources. You will partner with other functions such as Corporate Engineering (CorpEng) (to ensure system integrations), People Operations (PeopleOps) (on global mobility and employee experience), and Finance (for internal and external reporting). You will help those who are unfamiliar with our team’s processes navigate them using communication.
In this role, you will understand our GEM processes, document them, and redesign/optimize them with a view to automation and efficiency. You will look for opportunities to ensure our processes are streamlined, compliant, and documented. You will also provide stock plan analysis and drive changes in our program by finding practices and developments in laws while partnering with other functions in ensuring ongoing compliance.
