Program Manager, Commerce Programs Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience leading and managing the suppliers' contractual compliance for the Commerce product area.
  • Experience supporting vendor selection, contract negotiations, on-boarding, and overall vendor operations strategy.
  • Experience with creation and track status of Purchase Orders, including monitoring monthly accruals, budget.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing execution and high quality product delivery.
  • Ability to ensure that vendors are consistently meeting agreed upon contractual SLAs.
  • Ability to lead regular vendor business reviews.
  • Ability to work with Program Managers, Engineers, Product Managers, Partnerships team to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead software engineering projects in a core programming languages and influence teams that design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations in areas such as cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, and impact.
  • Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
