Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience running and delivering results on projects across regions and teams.
- 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technology operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience managing large budgets and resources.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience managing very large cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure systems and related business processes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-year transformation programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction and roadmap for major IT infrastructure and technology operations programs, aligning with business objectives and long-term technology vision. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success metrics.
- Foster strong relationships and effectively collaborate with teams across Engineering, Operations, Security, Finance, Procurement, and Legal ensuring program alignment and successful execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external vendors. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate a large, cross-functional program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver high-quality services.
