Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement and ad tech solutions.
- 10 years of experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in data analytics.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

The Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics leads a team of Analytical Leads to grow Google business for Apps advertising across all Americas Sectors and Geos. In this role, you will be the team's measurement and analytics expert, lead the team's strategy across data and measurement priorities, advocate for Apps measurement product development needs, and serve as an active member of the Americas Apps leadership team.

- Lead the Americas Apps business, working across the Americas to unlock Apps business, and function as a horizontal Specialist team.
- Set the Analytics Strategy to unlock Apps growth in the Americas, and sell clients on the value proposition of Google measurement solutions required to unlock customer objectives and growth.
- Sell clients on the value proposition of data and tech infrastructure in a complex Apps measurement landscape, evaluating both third-party solutions and Google's own measurement suite across iOS and Android.
- Build and sustain an effective, high-performing team. Coach and inspire the team to focus on the highest value opportunities, scale successes, and define clear swim lanes.
- Cultivate, lead, and manage relationships with senior internal and external leaders. Lead regular discussions to understand business tests and collaborate with partners to deliver on measurement and business goals.
