- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with Data Center capacity planning.
- Experience with AutoCAD.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.
The team is responsible for driving the long-term evolution and optimization of network infrastructure to enable at-scale deployability of machines across Google's technical infrastructure. You will leverage knowledge in data center design and engineering to lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. You will lead the collaboration with stakeholders across various teams and time zones to plan requirements, mitigate risks, manage project schedules, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical program managers responsible for designing Google data center server floors and planning network capacity deployments.
- Provide technical leadership for programs to increase the speed of design and planning and scale sustainably through tools and automation.
- Establish technical direction for the team, build roadmaps, complete analysis, scope and plan programs, and improve process and tooling to make the team more efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of data center server floor designs and networking capacity.
