Minimum qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience developing and motivating a team, including establishing goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and accelerating the growth and development of direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
  • Experience with building, scaling and leading recruiting teams for a large, complex business unit.
  • Ability to manage executive stakeholders in a fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect people plans to business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, drive and execute strategic projects to align hiring outcomes with the organization's mission.
  • Influence stakeholders with competing objectives across different business areas to develop recruiting outcomes that serve the mission of Google DeepMind.
  • Lead the outcomes of a team within a major talent ecosystem to meet hiring demand through principled and innovative systems.
