Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience developing and motivating a team, including establishing goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and accelerating the growth and development of direct reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- Experience with building, scaling and leading recruiting teams for a large, complex business unit.
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders in a fast-paced organization.
- Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect people plans to business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Identify, drive and execute strategic projects to align hiring outcomes with the organization's mission.
- Influence stakeholders with competing objectives across different business areas to develop recruiting outcomes that serve the mission of Google DeepMind.
- Lead the outcomes of a team within a major talent ecosystem to meet hiring demand through principled and innovative systems.
