Group Product Manager, Google One Growth Infrastructure

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will lead a critical portfolio spanning Growth Engine, Quota Infrastructure, and Storage Management for Google One (G1). This high-impact role requires a unique blend of growth hacking and infrastructure product management skills, people leadership, and the stakeholder management prowess required to align various teams across Google. You will operate in a complex, ambiguous problem space, acting as the definitive leader for how we generate business through storage and AI while helping billions of users manage their digital lives.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio goal and Multi-Year Strategy: Define and advocate a cohesive product goal and multi-year strategy across the Growth Engine, Quota Infrastructure, Multiple-Account, and Storage Management domains.
  • Strategic Roadmap and Resource Allocation: Own the integrated portfolio roadmap, making high-stakes trade-offs between short-term execution excellence and long-term strategic growth.
  • Direct Subscription Sharing Execution: Personally drive the product lifecycle (writing PRDs, defining experiments, managing docs) for the new subscription-sharing features, collaborating deeply with Engineering, UX, Data Science.
  • PM Site Lead for Bangalore: Serve as the strategic anchor and cultural advocate for all G1 PMs in the Bangalore office and help build a thriving PM community. Inspire, motivate, directly manage a high-performing team of PMs.
  • Drive AI Adoption: Act as the primary catalyst for AI innovation within your team, advocating the use of AI capabilities to exponentially increase productivity.
