About the job

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

As a Head of Performance, Measurement, Data and Analytics Specialists, you will be part of the Specialist team within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) in Korea. In this dual-focus leadership role, you will lead a team of experts to help large advertisers maximize the impact of Google’s Performance solutions—including Search, PMax, and App campaigns—while ensuring they are built on the foundation of Google measurement solutions. You will advise clients on their digital media strategy, helping them adapt to the changing privacy landscape to ensure Google media is measured and optimally positioned in their media mix.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coach a team of specialized experts in Performance, Data, Analytics, and Measurement. Foster a collaborative culture that balances technical depth with business-driven storytelling to accelerate LCS digital transformation.
  • Own the overarching strategy for key performance and measurement pillars (e.g., Search, PMax, Apps, Marketing mix modeling (MMM), Privacy, Incrementality, GA4) by defining strategy, success metrics, and set country/customer prioritizations.
  • Build relationships with C-level stakeholders at customers and agencies to be recognized as a trusted advisor. Challenge their existing media mix and digital maturity based on data analysis and insights.
  • Articulate and align the team’s work with internal stakeholders to provide advertisers with ads solutions and strategic support.
  • Partner with global product teams to provide “market-to-product” feedback, develop business cases for feature requests, and influence product prioritization within your center of expertise.
