Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (English, Swedish, Finnish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in publisher yield management, ad operations, or sales/account management.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Swedish or Finnish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading without authority.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent influencing and public speaking skills.
  • Passion for the news, broadcasting and E-commerce industry.

About the job

In this role, you will work with the stakeholders within the partners organization to strengthen Google relationships and drive sustainable business growth for their partners. You will provide innovative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for partners and proactively identify new opportunities. You will help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large publishing clients, adding value to our partners business by proposing the optimal Google business generation solution. 
  • Build trusted strategic relationships with stakeholders within the organizations of our partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business issues.
  • Provide a dependable and responsive service to our partners, focusing on partners needs for mutual benefit.
  • Manage the medium sized portfolio of partners at scale by collaborating with our partner support and scaled marketing teams.
  • Build joint business plans between Google and publishers to drive continued long-term partner satisfaction and business growth.
