Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in organizational and operational management and leadership.
- 8 years of experience managing teams at an operational level in a CLS, data center, technical facility or general engineering/logistics environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering or relevant Management or Governance field.
- Experience communicating with all levels of the organization, including c-level executives.
- Experience in cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities
- Lead Google Cable Landing Stations (GCLS) site facility operations within the area/region, with full accountability for this area tactically and strategically. Manage a third-party field service agreement site-based offering and delivering Technical Operations Managers, facility and Network technicians to support GCLS across NP.
- Oversee technical and program team leads through the successful completion of required maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to maintain equipment to our global standard.
- Oversee sub-contracted performance, monitoring and analyzing Building Management System (BMS) and other systems, reacting to issues following procedures, creating plans.
- Oversee general facility management and maintenance, coordinating proactive and reactive maintenance works (PFE, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, general facilities) as per task flow for all CLSs in region.
- Lead all Outside Plant (OSP) operations preventative and reactive maintenance activities. Lead Regular inspections and liaison with external parties.
