Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc).
- 1 year of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing across levels.
- Experience within the media and agency space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

The P&P team's mission is to shape the Partners and Platforms (P&P) ecosystem, delivering future-proof, repeatable, and scalable services that drive profitable business outcomes and are fueled by the unified resources of Media, Tech, and Creative.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification of Agency business objectives and set sales strategies for key transformation opportunities. Pitch and secure executive-level commitment on the project scope, resources, and investment required to scale.
- Identify business and growth opportunities and lead internal stakeholders to drive the sales and business growth potential. Develop solution goals by translating Agency business needs into actionable, business-generating Google solutions.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout the program's life-cycle, providing executive-level visibility and remediation.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to align engaging objectives and orchestrate the execution resources (gPS, gTech, Product, and Agency/Partner teams) to deliver the technical solution, ensuring the final implementation meets the original strategic goal and business objectives.
- Lead deep dives and data analysis to draw interpretable insights and present data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to drive program success and organizational change.
