About the job

Under the guidance of the France Channels Sales Activation lead, you will drive Google’s Devices Sales programs across major sales partners in France.

This includes working closely with retail partners and carrier partners on a set of programs (i.e., incentives, training, advocacy) to drive the sales of Google Pixel and Ecosystem in their channels (Retail, TeleSales, B2B).

You will be responsible for the execution of new product introductions, with the ultimate objective to hit country business objectives.

The Hardware Partnerships team was formed with the purpose of bringing the best of Google’s software and hardware to our users by bringing to market and distributing a Google-branded hardware portfolio. The team is responsible for managing all partnerships with carriers, retailers and resellers worldwide. This includes the partnerships for products such as Pixel, Google Wifi, Google Nest Thermostat, Chromecast Ultra and Google Home.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and activate retail and carrier partners sales networks with Google devices and services products via partner’s sales incentives, staff training, store merchandising and relationships building. Support the successful implementation of new product introduction across all hardware categories and hit business goals.
  • Drive third-party vendors that provide the Google Field Sales team support.
  • Unlock new sales opportunities with key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with assigned commercial and marketing managers on account level to jointly develop the strategic partner growth.
  • Partner with the regional and in-country leadership teams to build a sustainable sales run-rate.
  • Own insights collection especially on the field in order to trigger key decision making. Identify analyses and metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively and report them back to the business.
