- 5 years of experience with AI/ML techniques including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), information retrieval, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, and implement culturally-aware evaluation.
- Collect data for pipelines and infrastructure.
- Design, and implement autoraters.
- Support evaluations in OR.
- Support new feature development.
