Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in an operational role, including management consulting, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, managing multiple cross-functional programs or initiatives especially in or adjacent to supply chain organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in program management within a technology company or program management certification.
  • Experience in leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Sheets) and data analysis to problem-solve, measure outcomes, and influence business leadership.
  • Experience with specific operational processes, including headcount tracking and budget operations.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including collaboration with supply chain teams and indirectly managing a multi-layered team in strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Ability to demonstrate long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Head of Business Enablement and Program Management, you will serve as a pivotal strategic partner, driving the organization's operational excellence and strategic execution. You will lead the annual planning cycle, including goal setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), resource allocation, and budget alignment, and establishing the overall business to ensure fast decision-making and cross-functional alignment. You will own and manage the Balance of Trade (BoT) program, identifying where Google’s global spend can create leverage for reciprocal business partnerships. This requires close partnership with Sales/Go-to-Market teams, providing critical buy-side visibility and reporting on supplier spend and upcoming buy cycles. You will acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, analyzing data to provide strategic insights, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leading high-impact, complex initiatives from concept to completion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual planning cycle (e.g., OKRs, budgeting, and resource allocation) to translate high-level organizational objectives into actionable, cross-functional plans.
  • Optimize efficiency by managing leadership forums and cadences and streamlining processes to ensure timely, on-scope delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for executive leadership, facilitating high-level decision-making and crafting strategic executive communications.
  • Manage the Balance of Trade (BoT) program in partnership with sales/GTM, providing 360-degree supplier insights and relationship overviews.
  • Develop and track KPIs through data analysis to provide the strategic insights necessary for informed business decisions and performance monitoring.
