Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business compensation.
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports with database queries (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with attainment and compensation tools (e.g., Anaplan, Callidus, OIC, Xactly).
- Experience adjusting payouts within business compensation tools.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in communicating and collaborating cross-functionally with business executive leadership.
- Experience working with datasets.
- Ability to work separately and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem solving and data management skills.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
About the job
In this role, you will define go-to-market, design compensation plans, calculate and assign quota and coverage. You will create a positive experience between our business team and business compensation. You will do this through ensuring our systems serve our sellers needs, and our processes are set up to identify errors that impact seller payout. You will be accountable for debugging and identifying one-off payout issues impacting numbers of sellers, as well as making all manual payout adjustments in our business compensation tools.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Oversee system approvals for compensation metrics and system User Acceptance Testing.
- Identify and debug any system or process errors that impact seller payouts and submit adjustments for payouts manually when errors occur.
- Develop and implement business compensation programs and data strategy solutions that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Review and sign-off on system business requirement documents.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of business compensation programs.
