Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a hardware systems design, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
- Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with hardware, design and bring-up.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership or management role.
- Experience in Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe), Double Data Rate (DDR), Ethernet, USB, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) etc.

Responsibilities
- Gather system requirements, define architecture, execute hardware design, and product validation.
- Lead the bring up, validation, NPI, deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, validation, manufacturing, and external vendors.
- Drive system development from concept through production.
- Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems.
