Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of business experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
  • Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience with leadership in sales/operations management, planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to be proactive and a mindset to evolve the status quo and drive positive change.

As a Sales Manager for Mid-Market, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Account Executives dedicated to driving customer success. You will be a visionary leader who balances people development with business planning, fostering trusted alliances with C-level stakeholders. Your mission is to accelerate our lead generation landscape, navigate issues, and deliver integrated 'OneGoogle' solutions that transform our customers' businesses and consistently exceed business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and coach a high-performing sales team, instilling "The Google Way of Selling" to hit business goals and provide customer value.
  • Cultivate C-suite partnerships and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to ensure long-term alignment.
  • Oversee the entire sales life-cycle, from pipeline health to Return on Investment (ROI) measurement, to ensure consistent business growth and accountability.
  • Design and implement infrastructure projects and lead-generation strategies specifically tailored to the Mid-Market segment.
  • Collaborate with global departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Finance) to solve problems and foster a culture of continuous learning and expertise.
