Advertising Solution Architect, gTech Ads, Large Customer Sales (English, Italian)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
  • Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the online advertising technology, DV360, Ads Video and Display, YouTube, data integration, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in project/program management, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

The Solutions Architect team provides technical consulting for Google Ads products. The team works with the Sales teams and customers to understand their priorities and business objectives to architect technical solutions and media offerings with the Google advertising ecosystem. The team drives customer interactions and discovers problems, as well as develops and applies knowledge to solve customer marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build knowledge on how Google Ads products and solutions can address their business challenges, and architect advertising solutions to accomplish their business goals.
  • Discover customer needs by understanding clients’ annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with the LCS team, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing client buy-in.
  • Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products to support media opportunities.
  • Ensure product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day gTech Ads contact for clients and LCS, provide consultative support and service to ensure customer satisfaction on Google ads, and advocate for Google’s Ad solutions.
