Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience with managing Environmental Health and Safety Programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of EHS program management experience, preferably in logistics with outsourced providers.
  • 3 years of experience building stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams and using data to influence decisions.
  • Experience working in Asia Pacific and other international environments.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate operational Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks, analyzing business impact and leading cross-functional programs to design and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with third party logistics vendors and internal stakeholders to drive safety improvements, develop EHS standards for contracts, and foster a strong culture of safety.
  • Contribute strategically to global and regional EHS initiatives while assessing existing programs for alignment with strategy and opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Review vendor incident investigations, communicating corrective actions and key learnings across the business to prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage program budgets and allocate resources to successfully support all EHS objectives and initiatives.
