Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, strategy and operations or corporate strategy role.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • 10 years of experience in a professional services, management consulting, investment banking or a corporate strategy role.
  • Experience working on high stakes projects.
  • Ability to leverage AI to drive workflow efficiencies and consistently embrace an AI-first approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organization and communication skills.
  • Excellent execution skills.

About the job

There are two Deal Desk Strategy and Operations roles available. One will support the deal implementation phase of the deal lifecycle, and one will support strategy and operations in the event of deal non-renewals.

The YouTube Business GTM team is responsible for driving all go-to-market functions for the YouTube Business Organization including strategy and business operations, analytics and data science, partnership enablement, and product activation. The team shapes go-to-market priorities to accelerate growth and resource the business accordingly, enhancing skills and capabilities to support execution of business priorities, driving efficiency across business operations, and building excellent go-to-market infrastructure (e.g., data, reports, dashboards). This team combines operational, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done and drive change across a global organization.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Enhance operational clarity and scale for YouTube’s partner deals.
  • Own an entire phase of the deal lifecycle, covering program management, advanced planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Create decision frameworks and AI-first processes to improve high-quality decision-making and execution efficiency.
  • Convert business objectives into clear operational and technical requirements while managing constraints.
  • Lead executive alignment: Facilitate executive reviews to drive consensus on critical deal-related decisions.
