Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degre or MBA or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SQL along with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in engaging across APAC markets.
- Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations.
- Ability to influence, communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take complex topics and turn them into stories that engage audience.
About the job
As a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership and influence priorities for the APAC region, while also supporting sentiment in the region as the on-the-ground representative of the Onboarding The Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) team. You will lead and project-manage strategy projects/initiatives for the GCS Onboarding business in the APAC region. In this role, you will use your problem-solving skills to develop an understanding of market opportunities/challenges in order to develop short- and long-term initiatives. You will provide insights to influence global GCS strategy and roadmap. - Develop and execute long-term growth strategies that prioritize customer and partner success for the APAC region.
- Work with APAC executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities through data analytics and insights, and develop plans to accelerate growth for APAC markets.
- Define project scope, key focus areas, and analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment. Work with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.
- Communicate findings to executive leadership in the form of presentations and facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.
- Build a network with sales teams members across all levels to capture seller and customer feedback and understand the opportunities and challenges. Lead deployment of global or regional sales initiatives/pilots in APAC.
