Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers. (e.g. cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Understanding of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space, and work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution.

As a Cloud Program Manager you will specialise in the program management, governance and orchestration of large-scale cloud engagements. This will involve supporting both our customers and internal teams delivery and execution of our largest programs. You will have experience in planning and executing the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation or cloud migrations. You should possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals of both Enterprise IT and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the program management of multifunctional large Google cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Be accountable for ensuring the program delivers financial benefits and transformational outcomes for the client. This includes leading complex engagements, identifying resources, defining governance, managing communication, creating content for meetings, and collaborating on a multi-party plan to achieve objectives.
- Manage the risks, issues and actions for the account(s) and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Manage the delivery quality of the partner teams and resources.
- Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
