Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience architecting, developing, or maintaining secure cloud solutions.
- Experience with network security, data security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing internal or external customer-facing projects to completion while working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Cloud, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Security, Architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Cloud Security delivered within the context of customer-facing roles.
- Experience securing Google Cloud or other cloud environments.
- Experience in security architecture or security engineering.
- Experience implementing FedRAMP, PCI or HIPAA security requirements in a cloud environment.
- Experience understanding attacks and mitigation methods in two or more of the following: network protocols and secure network design; web application security, security assessments and pen testing, authentication and access control, applied cryptography and security protocols, security monitoring and intrusion detection, Incident response and forensics, development of security tools, automation or frameworks.
- Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem solving skills.

Office of the CISO (OCISO) Solutions in the Cloud CISO organization aims to be the ally to global Google Cloud client and partner security teams, enabling them to protect their Cloud environments better than they could independently or with any other cloud service provider. We do this by establishing a centralized repository of trusted architecture diagrams and Terraform code to support the security needs of customer and account teams, supplying our customers with easily accessible information and resources to ensure the easy way is the secure way, working with customers and account team to ensure the real-world use cases are accounted for.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create Google Cloud Terraform scripts to solve customer secure deployment challenges.
- Test/Validate to ensure customer security needs and requirements are met.
- Work with internal fields and partner teams to capture customer requirements/feedback to inform prioritization of future resource development.
- Work towards a click to deploy model of secure offerings to ease customer adoption.
