Market Consultant, Googler Experience

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in policy writing to translate information into clear, concise, and guidelines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in leading end-to-end design and implementation of enforcement and operations for new and existing product launches on YouTube.
  • Experience with metrics/Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) management of enforcement and operations across product portfolios.
  • Ability to design and drive to completion projects that result in significant workflow/process improvements.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enforcement and operations management for YouTube livestream, new products and YouTube’s cross policy workflows.
  • Manage escalations with fast turn-around time to define the best plan and provide timely updates to executives.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Business Analysts, Vendor Operations and Engineering to solve complex problems and drive innovations.
  • Define and measure performance metrics to assess the business impact of process improvements.
  • Review graphic, controversial and offensive video content in-line with YouTube’s community guidelines.
