People Experience and Delivery Partner, DeepMind

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related generalist role.
  • 3 years of experience providing HR coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, or team conflict.
  • 3 years of experience performing data analysis.
  • 3 years of experience managing People and Culture (P&C) projects or cyclical processes in a global environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and navigating cultural differences.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs or process design for manager capability building.
  • Experience using data to drive HR decisions and influence exceutive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of global HR trends and best practices related to AI integration in HR workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive coaching and advice for Leaders and Managers on performance management, development, and policy exceptions.
  • Partner with People & Culture (P&C) Partners to deliver unit-specific organizational efforts including reorgs and performance management initiatives.
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to simplify query management and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysis.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify employee experience themes and insights that inform decision-making and support performance.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for local employment law and P&C policies, providing recommendations to address systemic issues affecting wellbeing.
