Principal Strategic Agency Manager, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving agency success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling, and competitive selling.
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on both performance and brand marketing.
- Knowledge of agency business models (digital and traditional), customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
- Knowledge of traditional versus online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a business context, and consistently achieve goals and business objectives to drive growth.

Strategic Agency Managers are sellers who leverage their executive influencing skills to partner with traditional media agencies and increase the value that Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. Agency Managers prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop, and execute business growth strategies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives. Grow agency business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients.
- Own a portfolio of agencies by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Work across levels of agency partners to grow new and existing business consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding business experiences to Google's agency partners.
- Collaborate with Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, align on strategic and product priorities with Google Customer Solutions to provide a cohesive experience to our agencies and their clients.
- Shape the agency program by being a thought partner for the Agency Lead on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
