Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Experience in analytical work in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, marketing/sales, or a business operations and analytics environment, including analyzing data with spreadsheet software and database querying (e.g., SQL).
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and digestible formats for the business, with strong business acumen.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, while acting as an effective team player who can coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate insights to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced environment while working with tight deadlines and contributing to a dynamic environment.

The APAC Regional Strategy and Operations team (APAC RSO) helps build and guide the strategic focus areas of APAC Google Customer Solutions (GCS), with the goal of driving sustainable business growth. By working closely with GCS Sales leadership, APAC RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible change and impact for the sales teams and our customers.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an insights expert for the GCS APAC business, conducting deep-dive analysis to solve high-priority opportunities and challenges for the leadership team.
- Focus on data analysis to uncover business opportunities and translate insights into strategic initiatives that drive improvements in sales effectiveness, program performance, and business impact.
- Coordinate smooth quarterly program operations, working with central teams to ensure managers are trained on the required steps and timelines.
- Monitor and respond to frontline feedback on sales operations, taking a data-driven approach to sizing the impact of operational escalations and partnering with central program owners to improve operational efficiency.
- Transform complex data into actionable recommendations for a broad audience of cross-functional stakeholders.
