Strategy and Operations Manager, UKI Go-To-Market

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in an investigative or strategic/consultative role such as management consulting or project management.
  • Experience working with data sets and investigative tools and extracting insights from data.
  • Knowledge of Ads ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.

About the job

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Support business partners with strategic customer priorities for the UKI business.
  • Maintain cross-functional relationships/coordination, ensuring business success and operational efficiency.
  • Assume leadership and day-to-day responsibility for key high-profile projects linked to the UKI plan and our strategic priorities.
  • Drive best-practice sharing across teams.
