Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in full-stack related roles, with frontend, backend, data integration, and application integration experience.
- Experience with software development in two or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Kotlin) with a focus on system integration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collaborating with engineering leaders, product managers, and designers.
About the job
You lead all aspects of web development, requirements gathering, software development, testing, documentation, training, implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for both in-house and customer-facing web applications. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of Googlers using UI and functional specs/prototypes as input. You are empowered to act like an owner, take action and innovate to meet user and customer needs.

Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders and business analysts to understand requirements and dependencies.
- Develop of data and integration pipelines, both sync and async, with a focus on integrations involving third-party (3P) systems.
- Develop code for product or system development to address ambiguous issues.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, business system leads and program managers to design, develop, and produce systems within the broader area's scope.
- Maintain the highest levels of development practices including: technical design, development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code.
