YouTube Creative Business Lead, Spain and Portugal, LCS (Spanish, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a client-facing role within digital media, sales, marketing, or product.
  • Experience with project management, including project delivery.
  • Experience in executing Go-to-Market plans related to Creative, Partners, or AI solutions.
  • Experience in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Director-level experience within a creative agency, media agency, or tech firm, with a proven track record of managing key brands.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to navigate in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.

As the YouTube Creative Business Lead, you will be a key driver of business growth within Spain and Portugal, bridging the gap between Google’s AI-powered tools and a creator ecosystem that is redefining prime time. Reporting to Local Spain and Portugal (ES/PT) Leadership, you will support the Marketing Strategy and Creative dialogue with C-Suite executives. You won't just be selling media; you will be architecting the future of brand storytelling—leveraging the biggest cultural moments and most trusted creators on YouTube to transform complex business issues into sustainable results.

Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Craft pitches and provide high touch, bespoke creative and creator support for top customers and their marketing strategies to unlock YouTube-first campaigns.
  • Codify creative best practices and develop scalable sales materials, empowering LCS Sales teams through training and coaching to advocate Google's creator, content and creative solutions.
  • Serve as the liaison between Advertisers, Sales teams, and third-party (3P) partners to deliver integrated, multi-product solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Drive the regional activation and expansion of putting YouTube Creators at the epicenter of brands marketing strategy.
  • Advocate GenAI adoption and Google technology to accelerate sales outcomes.
