Key Account Executive, Google Cloud (English, Arabic)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software business, or consultative account management at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
  • Experience managing the full business cycle (e.g., pipeline management, forecasting, reporting).
  • Experience promoting to enterprise accounts, promoting a portfolio of products or solutions at the C-level.
  • Experience engaging and building relationships with a wide range of internal teams and customer stakeholders, and with working or supporting oil and gas company.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support regional clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consultative selling to executives in the oil and gas industry, asking insightful questions, presenting forward-looking proposals, and developing multi-year account strategies.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise organizations, expanding existing accounts, securing new customers, and driving accelerated business growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partners to deliver projects, initiatives, and strategic engagements.
  • Familiarity with complex commercial agreements, structuring multi-year engagements, and facilitating sophisticated business agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities and articulate the value of cloud, data, and AI technologies, aligning solutions to customers’ business challenges while showcasing current technology trends and Google Cloud differentiators.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic executive leading Google Cloud’s engagement with major oil and gas enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia. You will build trusted, long-term relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, and business unit leaders. By understanding their priorities, challenges, and strategic objectives, you will position Google Cloud solutions as a key driver of digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

In this role, you will articulate the tangible business impact of these solutions. Your work will enable clients to unlock efficiencies, strengthen decision-making, enhance collaboration, and maximize both business and shareholder value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with major oil and gas customers, often presenting and communicating directly with CEOs, C-suite executives, and business unit leaders. Ensure alignment of Google Cloud solutions with client priorities.
  • Build and implement comprehensive account plans to identify, generate, and grow high-value business opportunities. Collaborate closely with customer engineers, cross-functional Google teams, and strategic partners to maximize business growth, expand footprint, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Deeply analyze each customer’s technology infrastructure, digital transformation objectives, business drivers, and growth strategy. Use insights to position Google Cloud as a critical partner in driving operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable business impact.
  • Drive measurable business growth by managing the end-to-end business cycle, from opportunity identification to closure. Accurately forecast and track pipeline performance, ensuring achievement of business goals while maintaining executive-level client engagement and satisfaction.
